Full-Time CUSTOM WEB DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Job Description
Hours: 12am-9am (will be available for sales 2-3 PM every day or other time slots with 24 hour’s notice)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for managing all custom PM’s
Prepares custom development proposals and is ultimately responsible for profitability goals
Creates, enforces and monitors agreements with custom vendors and independent contractors in the U.S. and Manila
Responsible for answering business leads in a timely fashion
Works with AI sales department on real estate leads
Coordinates with imFORZA on Internet marketing offerings
Responsible for custom modules including existing library and Sting
Works with production group to ensure adequate resources
Responsible for being the primary escalations officer for any custom project
Determines whether a lead is taken in-house or passed off to sales team or a vendor
Responsible for growing relationships with existing/legacy custom clients
Works with Creative Director to market custom services
Responsible for researching and choosing custom development platforms and open source technologies
Coordinate with U.S. billing
Manages AI Custom Client-Facing and Production Staff
Other Duties as assigned by OM or CEO
The Ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
Experience with hardware and software issues.
Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
