• Inspection, checking/monitoring of the on-going lay-out, fabrication and installation of Plumbing/Sanitary Lines of Building

• Prepares material request as per BOM/BOQ

• Follow-up requested materials

• Review, check and evaluate changes of plans as per actual lay-out

• Monitor and records the actual lay-out or any alteration in preparation for as built plan.

• Prepare RFI (Request for Inspection) prior to concrete pouring.

• Records initial hydro-testing of waterline per units

• Prepares accomplishment report for plumbing/sanitary works.

• Prepares material request as per BOM/BOQ

B.) Electrical Works

• Oversees Electrical Works.

• Inspection, checking/monitoring of the on-going lay-out, fabrication and installation of Electrical Works of Building

• Evaluates accomplishment reports of the electrical contractor.

• Evaluates additive/deductive change order of the contractor.

• Check RFI (Request for Inspection) prior to concrete pouring.

• Coordinate with electrical works if there are changes of plans as per actual lay-out.

• Reconciled and evaluates Progress Billing as per actual accomplishment of the contractor.

C.) Fire Protection Works

• Handles the lay-out and installation of pipe sleeves and fabrication/installation of imbedded Fire Protection Line of Building.

• Prepare BOM/BOQ of Fire Protection Works of the project.

• Technically coordinates with various contractors who showed interest for bidding of Fire Protection works of Building.

• Tabulates contractors proposals for the building.

• Review, check and evaluate changes of plans as per actual lay-out

• Monitor and records the actual lay-out or any alteration in preparation for as built plan.

• Prepare RFI (Request for Inspection) prior to concrete pouring.

• Records initial hydro-testing of fire pro line (WSPR)

• Evaluates additive/deductive change order of the contractor.

• Prepares accomplishment report for fire protection works.

Degree in Engineering.
Fresh graduates who can effectively use AutoCAD are encouraged to apply.
Keen to details and documentation.
Hardworking, results-oriented, flexible, adaptable, can work with less supervision and willing to render overtime works as needed.
With good moral character, professional integrity and sense of commitment or responsibility.
Must be willing to undergo training and willing to start immediately.
Must be willing to be assigned on site for both local or international projects and can do site inspection and verification works.

-With Telecom background is acceptable
